Our home delivered meals give people living with Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes and Type 1 diabetes, much clearer and easier to read options, to help you choose what to eat. 
Our tasty, dietitian approved dishes are also ideal for those who simply want to improve their diet.  Each meal is:
  • less than 400 calories per serve
  • less than 40g carbohydrate per serve
  • contains minimal added sugar
  • has gluten free and vegetarian options
  • provides at least 2 serves of veggies or legumes
  • low in saturated fats.
