How do I heat my meals?

Simply snip the corner of the pouch off to let out the steam and put the pouch in a microwaveable bowl for 2-4 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and enjoy! (You can also heat your meal in oven or on stovetop if you prefer. If you are using the oven remove the product from the pouch and place meal into an oven proof dish).

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?

Not at all, we'll simply leave them in a safe place at your door. If you're in an apartment and don't have a doorman to accept delivery you will receive a card in your post box.

About our meals.

Our meals are made from the finest Australian farm fresh produce and are cooked and packaged in long-life, easy to store, easy to heat pouches, sealing in taste, texture, quality,  aroma and nutrition. This innovative process is called retort packaging and you may have seen them on supermarket shelves in the soup and baby food aisles.         Retort packaging is an innovative form of meal packaging that uses heat and pressure to cook food in a strong sealed package. Similar to pressure cooking this process kills all commonly occurring microorganisms preventing it from spoiling. As your meal is now packaged in a sterile environment it has a shelf life of up to 2 years from the date of manufacture (you'll see this on the back of the pack).
