With the unseasonably hot weather we've been experiencing all over Australia we thought these low-calorie Smoothie Pops would help cool you down. Delicious!
- 1 cup flavored fat-free yogurt with no-calorie sweetener
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 2 cups sliced fresh fruit
- 1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
- In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, and fruit. Cover and blend until smooth (omit adding ice and blending). Pour mixture into 14, 3-ounce ice-pop molds or paper cups. If using paper cups, cover each cup with foil. Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover; insert a rounded wooden stick into each pop. Freeze pops for 4 to 6 hours or until firm. Makes 14 pops.
